Collect Payments and Process Refunds with DecoGro Payments

(Note: The information in this article pertains only to US-based subscribers. DecoGro Payments does not currently support payments outside of the US.)

DecoGro Payments allows users to quickly and easily collect payments from customers, process full and partial refunds, and receive payouts into your bank account!

Accepted Payment Methods

DecoGro Payments allows for online payment acceptance via the following methods:

• Automated Clearing House (ACH) / e-Check
• Debit and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

How to Set Up DecoGro Payments

To enable DecoGro Payments, click on your name in the top right corner of the DecoGro app, then go to Admin Settings > Payments.

On this page, you can fill out the merchant application. Most applications are approved within a few minutes, but some require review and can take 1-2 business days to be approved.

Please note you will need your EIN, TIN, or SSN to complete the application. It is important that all information is filled out accurately so that there is no delay on processing your first payment.

FAQ

When will I receive my first payout?

Once you’ve been approved you are ready to begin accepting payments in DecoGro. You will receive daily payouts of eligible transactions. Please allow 1-3 banking days for card payments and 3-6 banking days for ACH / eCheck transactions.

How often will I receive payouts?

Transactions that are ready for payout are deposited daily by default. And while we support daily payouts, please note that funds can only be deposited to your account on banking days; meaning, activities processed Friday evening through Sunday are considered “Monday”.

When will I see my payout in my bank account?

payouts may include card and ACH / eCheck activity. Cards are settled and deposited in 2 to 3 banking days from the date of the transaction. ACH / eChecks are settled and deposited in 3-5 banking days from the date of the transaction. Please note: transactions made after 9:30 p.m. EST are considered the following day.
