What are Email Templates?
Email templates allow your team to store frequently used emails. With email templates you can save time by automating communication.
How Do Email Templates Save Time and Money?
Let's say that every time you draft an email for a payment request, it takes 2 minutes to write the email and explain the payment process. Now let's say you make 10 payment requests per day:
- 2 minute/email * 10 requests/day = 20 minutes/day
- 20 minutes/day * 5 days/week = 100 minutes/week
- 100 minutes/week * 4 weeks/month = 400 minutes/month
- 400 minutes/month * 12 months = 4,800 minutes/year
That's 80 hour per year (two full work weeks) just sending emails for payment request.
By automating this tasks with DecoGro, you can spend those two weeks of time savings to work on other activities that make you money!
Alternatively, if you pay someone in your shop $20 per hour to handle tasks like this, you save $1,600 per year with just this one email template.
Imagine how much time and money you can save by using email templates for all of your frequently sent emails like:

- Responses to Frequently Asked Questions
Your options are endless and can be customized to save time for your shop.

You can use shortcodes to save this as a template so that the same email can be sent for all of your customers' orders. The shortcodes automatically fill in the right info! Here is what your email template would look like:
Hey {Contact First Name}! Your Order #{Order Number} - {Order Name} is ready for pickup.
