How Do I Receive Payouts for Payments Made in DecoGro?

DecoGro automatically sends daily payouts (banking days only) to your designated bank account. The payouts consist of your gross payments minus any fees or refunds. Payouts are batched, meaning you will receive a single payout that may contain multiple transactions.

Where Can I View My Payout Details?

To view your payouts and payout details, simply click Financials in the left hand menu then navigate to the Payouts tab. Here, you will find a history of all of your payouts. You can filter payouts using the filter dropdown. You can also click on the Details dropdown of any payout to see a breakdown of that payout.

When Should I See Payouts in My Bank Account?

Successful transactions are typically paid out the next business day, but may take some time to show in your bank account. Please allow 1-3 banking days for card payments and 3-6 banking days for ACH / eCheck transactions.

How Do Refunds Work with Payouts?

If you process a refund inside of DecoGro, the refund will be subtracted from your payout the next day. If your next payout is not large enough to cover the refund, the balance will be withdrawn from your bank account.
