How Do Permissions Work?

When you create a new user, they are assigned a role. Each role has permissions that allow the user to see certain areas of DecoGro and perform certain actions. By default, your team will only have an Admin role that can do everything in DecoGro. If you want to limit certain roles access, just uncheck the permissions that you don't want them to have.

What Does Each Permission Do?

• Access Admin Settings - Allows users to access the admin settings and make changes to settings
• Create/Edit Orders - Allows user to create and edit their own orders
• Delete Orders Assigned to User - Allows user to delete their own orders
• View Other User's Orders - Allows user to view orders owned by other users
• Edit Other User's Orders - Allows user to edit orders owned by other users
• Change Statuses On Other User's Orders - Allows user to change status columns on orders owned by other users
• Delete Other User's Orders - Allows user to delete orders owned by other users
• Create/Edit Companies and Contacts - Allows user to create and edit their own contacts and companies
• Delete Companies and Contacts Assigned to User - Allows user to delete their own contacts and companies
• View Other User's Companies and Contacts - Allows user to view contacts and companies owned by other users
• Edit Other User's Companies and Contacts - Allows user to edit contacts and companies owned by other users
• Delete Other User's Companies and Contacts - Allows user to delete contacts and companies owned by other users
• Request Payments - Allows user to send payment requests
• Process Refunds - Allows user to process refunds
• Record Manual Payments - Allows user to record manual payments
• Edit and Delete Manual Payments - Allows user to edit and delete manual payments
• Delete Manual Payments - Allows user to delete manual payments
• View Pricing - Allows user to view pricing on orders.
• Request Approvals - Allows user to send approval requests
• Manually Approve Approvals - Allows user to manually approve approval requests
• Edit Table Structure and Columns - Allows user to create, edit, and rearrange columns in the orders, companies, and contacts tables
• Can Send Customers Emails - Allows user to send emails to customers inside of DecoGro
